Original Oil Paintings

Hello my dear friends, I’m very excited to announce that my new mini series of original oil paintings are now live on my website! I’m having a double celebration as on the 1st of February my studio/business is also being featured in ‘In Her Studio’ magazine. Yes I will be having a glass of wine tonight.

My new collection is called Discover and at the moment consists of just five paintings (although there will be twelve in total). Last year I took a year out to reassess who I am as a person. I visited Suffolk, Whitby & Dorset. Took very long walks… then walked some more. Delved into my memories, the ones that made me, not always a comfortable moment but I feel better for it. So you see these paintings are of semi abstract landscapes but they are painted with pure emotion! It may be a feeling or a thought. The whole process in the end has been very cathartic and I now can’t imagine painting any other way. The collection is now available to view.
